Camp Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to approach cancellations with both compassion and clarity. Our camps require significant preparation in advance—securing staff, supplies, and permits—which is why we have a set policy in place.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the camp session start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the session begins are not eligible for a refund.
