Cancellation Policy

Attendance: The Snails & Turkey Tails programs are for children ages 6 months - 5 years old. Children 6 months - 3 years old may attend Messy Play classes and children ages 3-5 may attend our Forest School program. Birthday parties are suitable for children ages 1-5. - Forest School classes require a semester commitment and meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-1pm. - Messy Play classes meet weekly for one hour. Arrival & Pick up time: Arrival time for Forest School is 8:50am - 9am with a pick-up time of 1pm. The arrival time for Messy Play classes is 9:50am-10am for all classes that start at 10am. Please arrive on or before the pick-up time as we will go over class rules before the start of class. You must be on time for drop off and pick-ups. Tuition fees: Tuition can be paid up front for the entire semester or in 5 equal monthly installments due on the 1st of the month for the coming month. Tuition fees include all materials and supplies. Cancellation policy: Our Forest School program is a semester commitment and requires a 30 day notice for disenrollment. Cancellations made two or more months prior to the start date of all programs will receive a 100% refund. All other refunds are as follows: - 65% if cancelled 4 weeks before class/camp date - 40% if cancelled 2 weeks before class/camp date - 20% if cancelled 1 week or less before class/camp date Illness: We only accept healthy children in class. If your child is ill, please let us know as soon as possible and keep them at home. - Fever of 100.4 or higher (they should stay home until they have been fever free for 24 hours without medication). - Vomiting more than twice in 24 hours - Diarrhea that causes accidents, is bloody, or results in more than two bowel movements in 24 hours. - A cough that disrupts normal activity - Wheezing or shortness of breath - Pain from earache, headache, sore throat, or recent injury. - Yellow or green drainage from the eyes - A new rash, especially if it resembles bruising or small red or purple 'blood spots". - Other contagious infections, like chickenpox, strep throat, rubella, whooping cough, mumps, measles, and hepatitis A have specific guidelines for returning to school. Missed classes: Our Forest School program doesn't offer make-up classes. If a Messy Play class is missed due to illness you can schedule a make-up class at one of our other locations within the month for which you purchased your class.
