China Camp State Park is nestled along the shore of the San Pablo Bay. Features include an extensive intertidal salt marsh, meadow, and oak habitats.  There is a variety of wildlife, including deer, squirrels, coyote, fox, bats, and numerous birds.  The California clapper rail and the salt marsh harvest mouse are endangered species that live in the marsh areas of the park.

"My child starts TK this Fall so I wanted to give him a head start during the summer. Snails & Turkey Tails was a great choice for us because of the small class size. Our family loves camping and they did alot of hiking and climbing at camp, which my son loved."
